A

Gap Analysis to ISO 14001:2015, BS ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015

We carry out gap analysis and assessment to assess the degree of conformance of an organization with the requirements of various ISO (International Organization for Standardization) management systems i.e. ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. We will also prepare action plans for improvements and if required by the organization assist in the process of implementing suggested improvements.

Development and review of HSE cases

HSE cases are HSE management systems developed for projects/operations with activities that present high risks to health and safety of personnel or could have high environmental impact. HSE cases demonstrate an organization’s due diligence in identifying and putting controls for its project/operations risks. We develop HSE cases to manage these HSE issues. We also provide documentation services to review HSE cases.

Development of HSEQ Management Systems

We develop stand-alone, fit for purpose management systems for health, safety, environment and quality conforming to ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 respectively. We are also able to integrate these stand alone management systems i.e. To provide an integrated management system (IMS) where required.
We also provide documentation services to develop/review manuals, procedures and
work instructions.

Development of contractor management procedure and assessment system

We provide organization-specific procedure to manage contractors from contractor selection to demobilization phases. This system provides for pro-active management of contractor HSE (especially before mobilization and execution phases of such contracts) and an assessment of contractor HSE. We also provide performance monitoring of contractor HSE for projects as well as performance review systems.

Development and review of Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS)

We develop and review SIMOPs for concurrent project/operations activities where these activities are inherently high risk rating activities or are conducted in high risk environments.

Development and review of hazard registers

Hazard registers are developed to identify all risks in every activity of an organization with risks rated, assessed and controls identified.

Auditing and audit system maintenance

We employ ISO ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified auditors, Lead auditors and other staff trained in the requirements of the standards and in general audit practices. We conduct performance audits on HSE management systems for organizations and their clients’ to establish the effectiveness and performance of such management systems. We also conduct pre-certification assessment services in accordance with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification requirements. We also prepare organizations for third party audits. Apart from system-wide audits, we also conduct process specific audits (e.g. fabrication/welding process) to establish level of implementation of HSE management controls and their appropriateness. We design and develop audit tracking and monitoring systems for tracking audit items. We equally operate and provide maintenance services of such tracking systems.
